Wincanton W2Labs 2019 Programme. Exciting News — We Won!

We’re proud to announce that we have been chosen as one of 6 start-ups in Wincanton’s W2Labs!

Following our pitching rounds to Wincanton plc at Digital Catapult last year, we are proud to have won a position out of 152 companies to join the W2Labs innovation programme 2018–19 and have been inducted in the first week of January.

Our selection was in the category of ‘Open Season’. Wincanton described us as their “wildcard”, saying that they’re “looking for the best and brightest ideas that can light up logistics, to change the game, be disruptive and surprising”.

Starting from a host of applications, we were chosen as one of 15 to present at Digital Catapult. The programme is organised in partnership with LMarks, the corporate innovation specialist and early-stage investor.

We will now work with Wincanton executives over an intensive 12-week programme to refine and adapt our business proposition. We expect this programme to open up many new and exciting opportunities and we look forward to what’s ahead.

The Sweetbridge Network is a fintech financial system designed to deliver synchronised accounting in real-time. With built-in identity, legal agreements, accounting treatments and payments, the system makes reducing the cost to serve, increasing efficiency and boosting customer loyalty possible, for the first time.

Wincanton is the largest British logistics firm, providing supply chain consultancy and solutions to some of the world’s most admired brands.
